  1. Select drawing that represents your cover.
  2. Fill in dimensions in inches, rounding to the nearest quarter inch.
  3. Draw a dashed line showing where cover folds.
  4. Select Cover Color.
  5. Circle Type of Cover, price (for covers up to 96" x 96") includes freight to continental US.
  6. Skirt Length is the small flap of material hanging down from the edge of the cover. It is measured from the bottom of the cover to the bottom of the skirt. The standard is 3 inches and may be up to 3.5 inches.
  7. Fill in Spa Brand, Model, and Year Manufactured if known.
  8. Fill in Name, Address, and Ship To if different.
  9. Fill in Email, Phone, & Fax (if available).
  10. Select Credit Card Type and fill in Number and Expiration Date (May pay by check or Money Order, see below).
