What are my freight charges?
For orders shipping to the continental United States there are no freight charges.

What are the shipping and handling fees?
Nada, zippo, nothing, zero on orders over $50.00! Orders totaling less than $50.00 will be charged $7.95 for handling.

How quickly do you ship my order?
Orders will ship by the next business day!

When should I expect to receive my order?
We ship by UPS whenever possible; therefore, you should receive your order within five business days. You will receive an email from UPS with tracking number and expected delivery date OR an email from us as to where your order is shipping from and when you can expect it. Larger items that cannot ship via UPS will ship by motor freight. Motor freight orders are delivered in 4 - 14 days.

What if I do not receive my UPS order within five days?
CLICK HERE which will take you to the UPS tracking web page. Input the tracking number you received with your email order confirmation and this will give you your shipping status. If your order is not progressing, CLICK HERE to contact us and we will put a trace on it. We will respond by email by the next business day.

What if I do not receive my motor freight order within two weeks?
Please email us and we will track your order and respond by the next business day.

What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within ten days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via email giving us the order date and item number and we will respond by the next business day with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be unused, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can not accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's return policy. Returned items are subject to a twenty percent restocking charge plus freight charges incurred shipping order to customer. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways.

What about backorders?
Despite our best efforts and with over 60 warehouses to pull from, even we can be out of something. Where possible we will substitute an item of equal or superior quality. If no substitution is possible, we will contact you by the next business day with a projected shipping date by email. We will ask that you respond via email verifying that this is acceptable to you.

What is your warranty policy?
All our products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

What do I do if I have a warranty claim?
Almost every product we carry comes with a warranty card. Please read and follow the manufacturer's instructions. If there is no card or you have any questions, please contact us by email and we will assist you.

What if my order is damaged in freight?
If you accept the shipment, be sure to note the damages on the bill of lading. It is then YOUR responsibility to file a claim with the freight company for recovery of damages. OR you may refuse the shipment and let us handle the freight claim. You must inform us by email if you refuse the shipment because of freight damage. We will process your replacement order as soon as the damaged order is returned.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Presently we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Echeck on our SECURE online ordering system. We do accept checks with mail-in orders. Mail-in orders with checks will ship after funds have cleared your bank.
